1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Monthly Subscription Refunds
You may request a full refund under the following conditions:

| Usage Limit | Used no more than 15% of monthly credit allocation |
| First-Time Only | Applies to first-time subscribers only; renewals, upgrades, or downgrades are not eligible |
1.2 Annual Subscription Refunds
Within 7 days of purchase:
Same conditions as monthly subscriptions - full refund if used no more than 15% of monthly credit allocation.
After 7 days:
You may request a pro-rated refund calculated as follows:

| Refund Amount | (Remaining full months ÷ 12) × Annual fee × 90% |
| Processing Fee | 10% of the refundable amount |
| Used Months | Any partially used month counts as a full month |
Example: If you purchased a $120/year plan and request a refund after 3.5 months:
- Remaining full months: 8 months (12 - 4 used months)
- Refund calculation: (8 ÷ 12) × $120 × 90% = $72
Note: Annual plan refunds are only available if you have not already received a refund for a monthly subscription within the past 6 months.
1.3 Credit Pack / One-Time Purchase Refunds

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be processed in the following cases:
- Requests exceeding the time or usage limits stated above
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Subscriptions purchased through promotional offers, discount codes, or special pricing (unless otherwise specified)
- Purchases made through third-party platforms (App Store, Google Play) - please contact the respective platform
- Repeated refund requests (limited to 1 refund per user within 6 months)
3. Special Circumstances
3.1 Service Outage Refunds
If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, you are entitled to:
- Pro-rated subscription extension, OR
- Pro-rated refund (calculated based on days of unavailability)
3.2 Erroneous or Duplicate Charges
If you experience erroneous or duplicate charges, please contact us within 30 days. After verification, we will issue a full refund.

- Include the following information:
- Registered email address
- Order number or Transaction ID
- Payment receipt screenshot
- Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve our service)
5. Refund Processing
